 Letters From Africa

Dear Pastor Jones:

I greet you in the love of our Lord Jesus Christ. How are you and the body of Christ with you there?

Again, I want to thank you very much for the Study Bible you sent me. It is really helping me. Each morning, I open my bible to make a diligent study of the word of God and I get a lot from my bible. The way the word of God is delivered in the Bible is simply overwhelming and open to say to you it continues to uplift and refresh my spirit everyday of my life. I really thank God for raising you in my day and allowing me to grow spiritually under the help of your ministry. It was always in my prayers and expectations to find someone to help me get a Bible I needed and I thank God that I got connected to you and your website and have got the Bible.

Words alone cannot express my joy of finally connecting to you my spiritual root. I praise the Lord for this wonderful opportunity you have given me. Once again, thank you very much and God bless you.

Your in Christ,

Christ King Gospel Ministries in Pakistan

Pastor John Feroze Masih, Senior Pastor

Meeting Report from Christ King Gospel Ministries January 2010.

Dear Brother Guy Jones,

Greeting in the name of Jesus! We always give thanks of the Lord Jesus Christ, who is our redeemer and personal savior. He protects us and gives the opportunity to spread the word of God in Pakistan. Last days one of my friends Pastor Maxwell Makoni comes from South Africa, who is Pastor of Saving Word Ministries in South Africa. He has a prophetic ministry and a good teacher of Bible. He spent with us 17 days in Pakistan. We were became friend in Haggai Institute Seminar Singapore in 2009. He comes in Pakistan on 9th January 2010 and he has gone to South Africa on 26th January 2010.

During this period we have done healing meetings and Leadership Seminar. We have done many meetings and prayers for sick people. Although we have faced some problems to travel in Lahore and others cities of Pakistan, but we thanks God we travel safely in Bus, Taxi, Rickshaw, Carry Van, Flying Coach, and Motorbike. We have gone some villages and towns and cities to spread the word of God. Every night we held a healing meeting. All these meetings many people were healed from their diseases and many repented from their sins and accepted Jesus Christ as their personal savior. One guy healed from his deaf problem, because he was not be able to hear from childhood, when Pastor Maxwell did pray for him at the time he has been heal. Many women heal from the possession of demon. Many Muslims people come in our meetings and they get the salvation and accept to the Jesus Christ and heal from their sins.

We have visited some places in Lahore, Bhatti Clony Chongi Amer Sidhu, GreenTown, Dehra Chahil Badian Road, Bahar Colony, Railway Colony, Warrich Village. And also we have visited other cities of Pakistan, Lala Musa, Kharian, Rawalpindi, and Islamabad. We have gone some houses and pray for sick people, which were not be able to come in meetings, but thank God when they believe upon Jesus Christ they were heal.

In this month the weather of Lahore was not good every night fog and cold had been very hard, but every night people come in meeting continually and they heard the Word of God from man of God. So I and my Pastoral team and congregation during this visit were much blessing from bro. Maxwell Makoni teaching and preaching. Our Christ King Gospel Ministries welcome in Pakistan every man of God for the Gospel Preaching.

Please pray for us and we also will pray for you

God bless you Pastor,

John Feroze Masih Chairman

Communications

The church without walls

Millington, MD

This response was sent to Kenya following communication we received from them. Read on to see how God moved Kenya to respond.

God bless you Sir,

By God's grace and mercy I am blessed and highly favored in Him.

Please know that Kenya is always in our thoughts and prayers and our Pastor
mentions you regularly in fact he spoke of you in our church service yesterday.

Though you and I have not communicated in a few weeks and I have not contacted you concerning how we WILL aide Kenya it doesn't mean that you have been forgotten. Psalm 139:16 tells us that all days were ordained by
God before one of them came to be. If it were up to me, and having the heart of my Pastor I can say the same for him, Kenya would have received food from Work in Progress Ministries as soon as the request was made known. But we are followers of Christ and must operate in the Spirit of Christ. In doing so I must be obedient to my leader who gets his
instructions for our Most High God. God has instructed us to help but he
hasn't told us where we go from here.

Man of God while you are in this season of lack and things seem bleak know
that God still sits high and looks low and he is mindful of Kenya. The children of Israel endured Marah (bitterness) before getting to Elim. Jesus told the Samaritan Woman in John 4:13 that everyone who drinks this water
will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never
thirst. With each passing day you are enduring your Marah as well and yes
we want you to get to Elim (the place of rest and refreshment) after your
dessert experience. But our utmost prayer for Kenya is to be filled with
living water. Also in John chapter 4 after the disciples returned to find
Jesus talking with the Samaritan woman and she had left, the disciples
tried to get him to eat something, he said to them "I have food to eat that you know nothing about"

Jesus has food for Kenya to eat and we don't know the day nor the hour that
he will provide. But we do have faith and we do know that Jehovah Jireh WILL provide.

Be blessed and stand still knowing that He is God and His word says he'll never leave us nor forsake us. Likewise I pray that you have a blessed and prosperous Christmas and New Year. I urge you to take a hold of Work in Progress Ministries' 2008 Theme "Higher Ground" as we conclude the year 2008 (eight being the number of new birth, new creation or new beginning). And journey into 2009 (nine being the number of judgment and finality; fruit and gift of the spirit, divine completeness from the Lord, the physical manifestation of the of understanding-good or bad) in preparation for 2010 (ten being the number of divine perfection; testimony; law and responsibility).

With God's love,
Sister Terwana

From Brother Oywako, in Kenya:

Bless you too sister,

It was a blesing and heart warming to hear from you. Thanks for this very inspiring and scriptural letter. Your thoughtful words have indeed given us some hope to keep enduring the bitter "MARA" and hope that in the Lord's time we shall be at "ELIM". Your illustrations from the word of God have indeed stired our faith and triggered our praying thank you.

We are happy that you have not forgotten us and that you always upholding us unto the Lord and our country for provision.

If you will tune in to the news or read news papers you will read that on 12th this month there will be demonstrations here and strikes from University students, parastals, colleges and polythechnics due to the food crisis here in our country. Please pray that peace will prevail, that there will be no chaos.

The situation is indeed worase until even the citizens here have no otherwise but press the Government to look into this menace of people dying of hunger.

We thank your Pastor Jones for his being mindful of us, God bless him richly and the church.

We hope you will keep the communication and the prayers. We too wish you a happy Christmas and a blessed new year 2009.

All our love and prayers.

Brother Oywako.
